The ability to manipulate cold and ice.

Possible Applications
- Cold Manipulation: Lowering the temperature of something
- Cryokinetic constructs: Creating constructs out of ice
- Ice attacks: Using Ice for attacks to damage a target
- Ice negation: Denying ice abilities or techniques
- Ice absorption: Absorbing Ice
- Ice aura: shrouding yourself in an ice aura, which may freeze anything that touches it.
Limitations
- Ice immunity or negation
- May only work in cold environments
- May be limited to a certain temperature
- May be limited to what is logically possible to freeze
- May not be able to actually create ice and may need an already existing source
- May be countered by fire and water manipulation
