Possible Applications

• Cold Manipulation: Lowering the temperature of something

• Cryokinetic constructs: Creating constructs out of ice

• Ice attacks: Using Ice for attacks to damage a target

• Ice negation: Denying ice abilities or techniques

• Ice absorption: Absorbing Ice

• Ice aura: shrouding yourself in an ice aura, which may freeze anything that touches it.

Limitations

• Ice immunity or negation

• May only work in cold environments

• May be limited to a certain temperature

• May be limited to what is logically possible to freeze

• May not be able to actually create ice and may need an already existing source

• May be countered by fire and water manipulation
