Registeel

From The Codex
The Regi's Battle music in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald
The Regi's Battle music in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire
Registeel was imprisoned by people in ancient times. The metal composing its body is thought to be a curious substance that is not of this earth.
~ Registeel's Alpha Sapphire Pokedex entry

Background

Registeel is one of the five Legendary titans made by Regigigas along with Regirock, Regice, Regidrago and Regieleki. The Pokémon is made out of light gray metal around it with a darker metal inside it's body with seven red dots on its face resembling an hexagonal shape. Registeel's body is said to be harder than any metal on the planet, with an hollow body and unknown food source, if he has one. Regice was sealed a long time ago by the humans, presumably by the fear of him, only to be found thousands of years later
