"Mature Content"
This character or verse has mature themes and concepts, thus those of young age are ill-advised to look through these.

Background

SCP-6950 manifests as a ghostly humanoid figure resembling a young woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, typically appearing in a white sweater and skirt (refer to additional records on entities of similar spectral classification for further details).

Local folklore prior to SCP-6950’s documentation references a young woman, Wendy Williams, who allegedly committed suicide twenty-five years ago near the location. The stretch of road became informally known as “Wendy’s Road” after multiple eyewitnesses reported encountering a spectral figure resembling a young woman. Sightings gradually decreased over time, and the legend faded into near obscurity.

SCP-6950 was formally reported following a sudden resurgence of appearances twenty-five years later.

At present, little is known regarding the full scope of SCP-6950’s anomalous nature or the cause of its reemergence. Exhumation of Wendy Williams’ remains for study is under consideration.

During routine bi-weekly surveillance of Wendy’s Road, personnel observed a vehicle passing the site with SCP-6950 visible in the passenger seat. The vehicle was tracked to Craig Spritner, a local civilian who denied any knowledge of the legend.

Mr. Spritner reported having picked up SCP-6950 and later dropping it off near a cemetery two miles away. Upon returning home, he discovered a tattered white sweater left on his passenger seat, containing strands of blonde hair.

SCP-6950 did not reappear at Wendy’s Road the following night. Instead, it was reported two miles away at a Burger King rest area. Agent Simmons was dispatched to investigate.

Appearance

General Description: SCP-6950 takes the form of an incorporeal humanoid resembling a young woman. Its body lacks physical substance but maintains a consistent visual outline.

Facial Features: It has shoulder-length blonde hair and facial features consistent with a woman in her late teens to early twenties.

Clothing/Outfit: The entity is consistently observed wearing a white sweater paired with a white skirt, giving it a simple yet distinctive appearance.

Special Features: SCP-6950’s incorporeal state prevents interaction with the environment through physical means, aligning it with other documented spectral entities.

Alternate Forms/Disguises: No alternate manifestations or disguises have been recorded.

Personality

  • Casual and Sarcastic: SCP-6950 frequently uses humor and sarcasm when speaking with Foundation staff, often referring to them as “creepy stalkers” or downplaying its situation with jokes.
  • Pragmatic: Despite being incorporeal, it focuses on immediate and tangible concerns such as hunger, casually eating food and remarking that “they do it in Ghostbusters” as justification.
  • Detached from Horror: SCP-6950 shows little regard for the fear it causes others, noting that drivers “shit their pants” at its appearance but treating this as more of an inconvenience than anything frightening.
  • Forgetful: The entity admits to forgetting about its own sweater when questioned, suggesting a somewhat absentminded or distracted disposition.
  • Blunt and Honest: When asked about its death, SCP-6950 states plainly that it “died last year… fucking Covid,” showing a lack of hesitation to discuss sensitive details without euphemism.
  • Socially Inclined: SCP-6950 insists it was not “haunting” but simply trying to visit a friend, indicating it still desires companionship and sees itself as living a normal (if spectral) existence.

Relationships

The Foundation

SCP-6950 refers to The Foundation as "The creepy stalkers". Though she doesn't seem to hate them and willingly answers questions they ask her before leaving.
