 vs. Alucard - Pre Schrodinger Location: Luigi's Mansion Scenario: Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing sends out her greatest soldier, Alucard, after hearing about the decimation in the location of a desolate ghost filled mansion not too far off from Woodcutter Illinois. Drained bodies, people left in the hospital because of fright, and talks about altered time and Déjà vu. Worried about this vampire crisis spilling over, Alucard is sent to investigate the castle, finding the individual responsible for this sitting on a broken down chair, legs crossed, nails glistening under the moonlight, with some random music playing. Alucard, is not amused. Who wins? Alucard, our hunter, or none other than Dio Brando, the time manipulating dude....yeah that's all he's getting for description.

 Alright so firstmost Alucard is stronger, second most if Dio at all gets absorbed he's dead for good. Thirdly, Alucard's fear aura is superior to Seras Victoria who made seasoned soldiers and vampires get scared and Alucard's makes one kill themself after they see what he did to their comrades. Dio has no real way to perm kill Alucard due to the amount of souls in his body. His guns negate regeneration and he can read Dio's movements. The only thing Dio has is time stop, but the two things he uses time stop for are punch rushes or dropping a road roller on his opponent. Which gives me an idea...

 The common consensus is that Dio is stronger, but Alucard seems to be stronger here. I also believe Alucard wins, if he consumes Dio's blood he will absorb/fuse with his essence, body, mind, soul etc. Lives aren't an issue. Time stop is the main issue but Dio doesn't seem to use it for much beyond what Giver said. Going with my vampire :P
