No this is not Makima vs Kafka.
Scenario: Cyn invades the Chainsaw Man universe with her Murder Drones but Makima is able to subdue them and Cyn has to come herself to deal with Makima, whose is Earth's to control?

I honestly believe Cyn has a much wider range of powers than Makima, but Makima can't die due to her immortality. However, I don't think Makima could withstand the black hole that Cyn possesses within her body. I also don't think the control would work because it would lead her to believe Cyn is inferior to her, I think it would end in a tie.

Similar thoughts to Eldrazi but I'm leaning to Makima possibly getting out a win more times (especially considering the AP difference, aside from the black hole).

The only thing that maybe could keep Makima down according to Cyn's profile is...zombification? Which i'm not sure could even effect Makima. However Cyn looks to have a glaring weakness with sunlight which if this battle is happening at night...Makima could theoretically out stamina until day, plus overheating. It might just become a time/stamina diff. though obviously correct me if i'm wrong.

Also it was mentioned by Kido but the AP difference doesn't help since destroying Cyn makes a black hole appear and to effectively subdue them for good you need to eat the black hole which requires a natural resistance to all the effects of one.

In terms of the sun weakness, this does employ a serious issue for Cyn. For example in one of the scans listed in the weakness the intense UV rays DOES subdue a solver host however they needed to mix it together with an effective gravitational crush. So Cyn would need to find a way to take the battle into areas that blocks light for her.

Something to remember in effect is the lists of controlled devils Makima has, some of them that can cause traps such as infinite rooms, future devil being able to tell her the future, Cosmo Fiends library attack, and incoporeals like Ghost Devil.

I agree, but one of the details that is worth mentioning is that certainly the creation of holograms will help to distract and could make Makima or her allies attack each other, knowing that they are very realistic holograms I would not be able to mention if Cyn could escape the infinite room loop, I think not but to a certain extent I can't think of how both of them can beat each other.

Holograms are realistic enough to give trouble to Makima, this is true.
I can pretty much agree with an incon here, both strategies and such don't have strong enough ways to say one definitively beats the other beyond a reasonable doubt.
