Background
Murder Drones is an Australian-American computer-animated sci-fi horror-comedy web series created by American animator and showrunner Liam Vickers. It was produced by Glitch Productions and funded by Screen Australia for GLITCH. This series marks Glitch Productions' third animated project, following Meta Runner and Sunset Paradise, all of which are available on their YouTube channel.
The series was first teased on June 25, 2021, and officially announced on October 8, 2021, alongside a trailer release. The pilot episode premiered on October 29, 2021. After the release of the second episode, subsequent episodes were scheduled to drop every 2-3 months, as indicated in the Season 1 trailer.
Murder Drones has received widespread praise from viewers, who have highlighted its impressive animation quality, convincing voice acting, thrilling action sequences, clever mix of comedy and horror, and well-developed worldbuilding.
Plot Summary

Worker Drones are autonomous robots helping humans mine exoplanets, but after humans were wiped from the planet, the Worker Drones created a civilization all to themselves, however the parent company was not fond of the idea of runaway AI and sent Disassembly Drones to kill off all the Worker Drones.
Uzi Doorman, a teenage worker drone wants to go out and stop the Disassembly Drones instead of hiding behind doors, and along the way learns of many secrets about herself, the worker drones, and the Disassembly Drones, as her and N (a Disassembly Drone) start to form a bond.
