Once again a match considered more contentious than most would believe.

Bojack

vs.

Cell

It is the Cell Games, and but a mere day prior to the Z-Fighters arriving on the scene, they're jumped by Bojack's Galaxy Soldiers. Being pushed immediately on the back end, this comes to bring Bojack to fight the person they were training against, Cell. Wanting to take over the universe and make it a racket for his group, Cell finds himself immediately drawn to the challenge, not having the DNA of this individual, and thus not knowing their capabilities. Will Cell come out on top, or will Bojack take the crown?

Yes, this is partially made because they both fell to Gohan.

Using the same formula we use for Cell vs. Broly:

If we want to be technical Bojack got destroyed way easier by SSJ2 Gohan then Cell did but we can make the assumption Gohan was just going in for the kill. You could also assume he had a rage boost here too.

In terms of SSJ1 Gohan vs Cell and SSJ1 Gohan vs Bojack however, Bojack was outright destroying all of them and they had no way to stop him.

Though as we noted when Cell is losing too much he'll opt to self-destruct, on top of his regeneration being an issue.

Going to give this one to Cell due to Super Perfect Cell.
