Broly (Toei Movies)

vs.

Cyn

Location: IHOP

Scenario: Broly being the ever muscle-bound idiot he is, finds Cyn, eating her pancakes inside of an IHOP. Despite this, he gets into a fight with Appule, and thanks to this, blasts him so hard that he ends up knocking down her pancakes. Cyn, being the crashout she is, commences murder drones all over Broly, who being the saiyan he is, decides to continue with the fight. Who wins? The Legendary Food Ruiner, or the Girl Enjoying IHOP Pancakes? Oh, I mean Broly or Cyn.

Cyn handles this fairly easily because he can use illusions and black holes to easily incapacitate or destroy his entire body, like Doll did with a worker drone. I'll just say that even if Broly destroys Cyn's body, he'd still have to deal with a black hole, and that wouldn't be good. Overall, I'm giving this to Cyn because he has better methods of victory and incapacitation.

Dragon Ball characters have no real answer to telekinesis users (especially telekinesis based off effectively coding reality) nor to black holes as shown with the latest Xenoverse 2 DLC, and Cyn is flinging NULL black holes.

On top of this even if Broly destroys Cyn's body, he would still have the black hole heart that he cannot interact with.
