Basically throughout Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency it's consistently shown that Zombies, Vampires, and Pillar Men's durability is drastically lower than what their attack potency is

Jonathan was able to harm Dio despite his Hamon not connecting https://imgur.com/a/MsY9p6k

Its explained that Hamon is able to destroy things as it travels through the object so the argument of Jonathan was still amped by the Hamon doesn't work (Along with the fact that Hamon isn't technically amping the user based on how it destroys stuff) https://imgur.com/a/JpCF1aI

And finally High DIO is able to scratch off his own skin https://imgur.com/a/O1MSodw So what should the durability of these characters be? Dio and Straizo should just be 10-A since regular humans can harm them

Tarkus could be 9-B since he could upscale to his human self who's skin was so hard it took a few axes to kill him but his rage was the cause of this so idk https://imgur.com/LFy9WeN

Pre-DPO Jonathan can take a hit from Will so he and those who scale to him might be fine (although the whole "Hamon doesn't amp the user thing" could be a problem for Hamon users in general) https://imgur.com/a/7Eijvf7

Pre-Training Joseph was able to withstand being launched into metal with enough force to break it so he might just he and those who scale are just regular 9-B instead of 9-B+ (also counts for ap cause harming Straizo is no longer a 9-B+ feat) https://imgur.com/a/RjWhhj9 While Santana was unharmed by Pre-Training Joseph its explained that his skin is like Straizo's scarf and thus Joseph's Hamon wasn't connecting so he might just be 10-A https://imgur.com/a/5ZLVIU5 https://imgur.com/a/O96eQIu

As shown above Post-Training Joseph and Caesar can trade blows so they and those who scale to them should be 9-B

As shown above other Pillar Men like Wamuu, Esidisi, and Kars are never really shown to take hits from Joseph and co without serious damage
