 Scenario: "I love you...Yeongchul..." said Soyeong as she bursted throught the door. The moment she had entered the house however, she could smell the sickening stench of blood. "What..." the woman mumbled to herself as she walked deeper within the house. Looking to her right, she was met with what would be a terrifying sight for most. A young boy, no older than thirteen years old, was currently standing above what Soyeong could only assume to be the body of Yeongchul. Her beloved was dead. Her beloved was dead and his death was stolen from her. Soyeong gritted her teeth, her gripping tightening on her knife that was still stain with Euna's blood. Without even a second thought Soyeong pounced. Conditions:

 Soyeong is physically stronger then Jeff, so I think disarming her is going to be muc harder. On top of that, even if Jeff does know the layout of the house, that's not a means to he has 24/7 full knowledge of everything, he's not even sane so he's going to forget a lot of stuff even with the knowledge so she can genuinely sneak attack him from a part he didn't realize.

Soyeong is generally smarter than Jeff, she did plan all of her actions against Yeongchul and Euna, so she could likely think fast enough on her feet to abuse her strength advantage against Jeff.

 Jeff the killer might need to the "I'm sorry" treatment. his ass is NOT good enough for this. I know she just got the weakest 9-C crown but his ass is not winning against this one. She's smarter and stronger than him.
