Scenario: Rose is taking a young Li-Fen to Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, to which Li-Fen finds herself getting into it with the little girl Marron. Rose, not wanting the child she is babysitting to get hurt, begins trying to mediate, with Android 18 finding the woman seemingly being aggressive to her child, and stepping in. One thing leads to another, and Android 18 ends up in a combat scenario with Rose, things getting heated enough to come to painful blows. Can the powerful Android get a win against the mystic, or will Rose end up putting the Cyborg down, and Freddy Fazbear with them.
18 has the strength and speed advantage, however as typical with DB characters, they do not open up with blitzes in character. 18 vs Vegeta as an example.
18 utilizes close combat as we see and will allow her opponent to hit her, Rose on the other hand not only precognition that allows her to see the streams of time and read ones past and future to let her know what attacks they will do, but also Rose not only can refuse death itself, but has a lot of different abilities with soul power. She can counter any strikes, cancel out projectiles, and can lower one's attack.
Rose likely takes this because of her greater abilities advantage and superior fighting ability, plus her precognition would be quite useful in anticipating Android 18's moves.
Rose's precognition, countering of physical stirkes, countering of projectiles and fun additional add ons like lowering 18's attack or vanishing into a different dimension for a surprise attack seem too much for 18 to handle. DB once again proving they aren't built for them streets
