 Medaka Kurokami Kurokami Medaka's Successor Arc to Jet Black Bride Arc vs. Location: Forbidden City, Beijing China Scenario: Cell swears he's so perfect, that he can outperform a visiting Shaolin Monk inside of the Forbidden City. He inevitably fails, and it gets him upset enough to raise his voice and cause damage to the buildings. Medaka, simply aiming to learn, gets peeved, and thus sets up the combat scenario to teach this rude bug some manners. Who wins? The Perfect being or The Perfect Student?

 Kurokami Medaka's Successor Arc to Jet Black Bride Arc means The End has been completed and perfected to where she can copy abilities just by hearing about them. She has auto-pilot to automatically dodge attacks. Along with The Hero that basically makes her the ultimate threat to villains like Cell. Overall Medaka win.

 Even if Medaka can't attack first because of her weakness, she can copy everything in an instant and has a much wider range of abilities and better combat skills, and she could locate Cell's core just by glancing at him, so I think she's winning this one.
