Son Goku Post-King Kai Training Saiyan Saga Key

Equal Speed

Location: Gaborone, Botswana

Scenario: Wanting to host people from different countries, Botswana allows for one man, and one woman, to come and visit the country for a cultural exchange. While doing this, both Son Goku, the man, and Usagi Tsukino, the woman, end up going to a restaurant to enjoy things such as Seswaa, Oxtail, and Mopane Worms. In order to get their meal for free, they would need to battle to see who is the winner. So, who wins? Son Goku or Usagi Tsukino

Partially Awoken means more inexperienced Usagi which means Goku definitely would not want to make her cry.

Goku has a very huge issue with underestimating opponents too allowing Usagi to have things such as gaining a new power to deal with Goku, which has been shown in many of her fights when she can't defeat a monster with her already existing attacks.

You also have the parallel existence issue if Usagi is in any serious danger.

Goku does have since this is partial awoken, better fighting capabilities, but his fighting strategy often gets in the way.

Giving it to Usagi due to this.

Goku could potentially give Usagi a hard time in terms of direct combat. He is notably stronger than her current Pre Awakening key, although not too much stronger. His current Ki set isn't quite as versatile yet as the page lists it as, and Usagi still has better overall hax and resistances.

Having said all that, Goku is a statue compared to Usagi's reaction and flight speed. Considering she can also make forcefields and react much faster + blitz faster, Usagi would eventually wear him down. Also mind the universe level magic or whatever.

Edit: Forgot again to read. Even if speed is equalized the hax part would still be an issue. Since they're equal in speed here she'd have little issues reacting to him. Her crying would end the fight fast.
