Forum - Star-Crossed Battle: Usagi Tsukino vs. Ouro Kronii

With a rough glance at each of their haxes (stats don't seem to matter as much), it seems like most of Ouro's abilities are time-based and also impact space. The theme with Sailor Moon is that her Silver Crystal transcends all space and time, the eternal edition doubles down on it saying that she is unsurpassed by all layers of time. Time travel or even passive space-time manipulation/destruction was shown in the second arc to be ineffective against her once she used her power. She can also spread her light to all realms within the cosmology, which include the domains governed by the God of Space-Time Chronos and the Corridor which is beyond those entirely. Time manipulation will not last as an effective time-buying method for this reason as well as the Silver Crystal simply adapting to and countering these methods.

There is a method to where Ouro can "place time" on beings beyond time, but it should be noted that Usagi's body is determined by her Silver Crystal. The Silver Crystal being a special star seed that determines the ontological properties of what "Usagi" and "Sailor Moon" is fundamentally. while Ouro can interact with abstractions (so can Usagi, via Death Phantom), they don't seem to be capable of removing that metaphysical element.

To illustrate why this would be a problem for Ouro, several of their options are countered. If they attempt to de-age Usagi, she'll simply age back to what she's meant to be in that fight. If they attempt to BFR Usagi to another timeline, she'll simply teleport back. Sailor Moon's three Rs (Resurrection, Regeneration and Reincarnation) are extremely difficult to counter and Ouro doesn't look like they have any way to prevent Usagi from respawning everytime they might've landed a good blow. Her timeless physiology could be a problem, if not for Usagi's danger detection and automatic defenses either protecting her or teleporting her away.

In terms of hax and counters, they're actually quite matching, though Ouro's are obviously more time-based which is a problem. The Silver Crystal's power null and other hax and adaptation will prove to be a big issue for Ouro as well. Usagi's BFR and sealing methods are more permanent than Ouro's, should she decide to do that instead of fighting normally. By the dream arc her Super Form's main attack can seal people into a mirror dimension, and she is able to seal people away and banish them from existence. If she ever has to resort to that, she can not only banish Ouro from reality, but put a seal preventing her from coming back from it.

Overall I would say Sailor Moon takes this.

Ouro's abilities affect beings that are naturally timeless and beyond time and space and effectively naturally interacts with concepts and abstracts due to her being so she has a way to bypass time based abilities, meanwhile Usagi has abilities that can effectively boot someone out of existence on an atemporal scale, the issue:

Usagi nor Kronii are going to try to kill each other. Kronii is already weak to hot women which Usagi is effectively a supermodel (she had to fight hard just to not give in to Marine's advances). Usagi also loves beautiful women literally following Rei because she was pretty to her and she'll forgive anything done if they're pretty enough and seeing as Kronii isn't evil she's defo not going to do something unforgivable.
