Location: The Middle of Nowhere at Courage the Cowardly Dog's house.
Ken Masters goes to Courage's house, wanting to get a sip of coffee from the locals in the area he plans on both building up, and inviting other people in to. Muriel allows him inside, finding him a funny guy with his dyed hair and red gi, while Eustace ends up getting upset because the attention isn't on him. Courage, afraid of the oddly tall blond man, rushes upstairs to find Katz messing with his computer, and screaming as loud as possible, he ends up ripping a hole in space-time which brings none other than Krillin through to the world. Flying through the portal, he smashes into a wall, and breaks it, knocking out Eustace, which horrifies Muriel. "AHBBABAAHBUBAHBUUBOBAHABAH", says Courage, with both Krillin and Ken taking it as Courage begging for them to leave. Krilling believes he is being tricked by someone, and begins to question the dog, with Ken immediately stopping it, which makes Krillin believe he is the bad guy. This ends up causing a spat, and the two begin to fight. Who comes out on top? Ken Masters, and his ways of philanthropy, or Krillin, and his belief in Ken being evil, and Courage a dog of destruction like Beerus is the cat.
This one is harder to say since unlike Ryu he doesn't have a innate state of Power of Nothingness, but if his willpower gets high enough he can briefly tap into it.
This is heavily based off if he can get that in the fight before Krillin has a method of taking him down.
I think Krillin can win this match because Ken tends to be more boastful and less focused than Ryu, and his Sheer Will only works if there's a sufficiently high trigger to activate its power. However, I see Krillin winning because of his variety of ki techniques and because Ken tends to be somewhat arrogant and usually has a very high ego, where even characters like Sakura can take him by surprise because of that
