vs.

Krillin

Scenario: Krillin decided to bring his sights a little bit lower than he had them before. On the honor of the Turtle Hermit school, he believes it best to get into a combat encounter with the person who has been making fun of Master Roshi's honor, admittedly doing so behind the back of Bang. He brings a challenge to Garou. If Garou loses, he takes down the words wrought about the Turtle Hermit school. If Krillin loses, he will truly become a member of his school, and he will forever renounce the style of the Turtle Hermit, recruiting to the cause of his sensei's dojo. Who will come out on top?

I think this one is even worse for him then Bang, Garou's adaptation and pain tolerance would have him adapt to reach Krillin's level over the course of the fight, along with being able to perfectly read movements.

His counterattacks also return the own users strength two-fold and he can incapacitates physical functions with thrusts targeting joints and vital spots.

Oh also as shown with Saitama even if you're far FAR stronger then him he can perfectly read your movements to avoid all of your hits.

So Krillin's AP edge wouldn't work here, Garou has various different techniques, though there are cases where Krillin could pull a victory through such like the kienzan but I'd say Garou has far more cases of winning in a simulated thing.
