Little Mac isn't linked correctly, why is he linked to a fake punch-out wiki link? (Also it to fix "Little Mac (2009) Incarnation of Electric Light String" make it Little Mac (2009), Incarnation of Electric Light String)
Anyways in terms of the match itself, Incarnation and Little Mac are pretty equal in terms of stats, though the thing Incarnation lost to was someone willpowering themself which Mac can do along with avoiding attacks to recover stamina and recovering from damages if he knocks down Incarnation. He also has a chance of powering through a hit and coming back at full health.
Gonna give it to Little Mac since he has various ways to overpower Incarnation while also recovering from battle damage and stamina issues.

Little Mac's whole thing is dealing with boxers who unleashes destructive punches, his typical tactic of dodging and counter attacking should work here alongside being able to regain stamina by dodging, regain health should he ever knock down Incarnation, or potentially even bring out Giga Mac. Incarnation is pretty much a standard boss fight for Mac
Giving it to Mac for his tactics and numerous abilities that allows him to outlass Incarnation
