 Gonna say that this Sonic likely doesn't really have a way around Sky just transforming and slicing him from what I'm seeing on both pages.

Yeah he definitely doesn't. His best bet is just trying to speed things along using his superior speed to try and attack as much as possible. But yeah the moment Sky just transforms its over
