Forum - Tiering Through Reality Warping/Abilities

So we already don't allow stuff like giving a tier through erasure, though some profiles still give a tier through things like reality warping, for example, Misao: "Average Human level physically (Her body was hers when she was a regular high school student, should be comparable to Aki Narukami), likely Universe level with her powers (Seems to have control over the Other World as shown by the spiraling figure (possibly a galaxy or black hole) in the sky, Other World is an alternate reality)" The question is, does this really constitute AP? Because control over the reality doesn't necessarily translate to energy but rather to one's ability to manipulate it, which is normally done through means without energy.

What I'd propose is either move stuff like this to range, or a wording similar to "Can bypass conventional durability" in the AP section for cases like this. Essentially there should not be a "X tier through Reality Warping, Erasure, etcetera" for abilities that don't require energy.
