Currently Island level has been left in a spot of vagueness as it doesn't have a defined size. This was initially due to how much islands vary in size, however I believe it's better to set a boundary for island level as currently a statement of destroying islands can net 6-C when smaller islands vary from 7-C to 7-A in size and even lower.
Due to this I think we need to set a new term for this, I decided to look around and found something that may work better, Archipelagos.
For one, they are a collection of islands so the destruction of islands would fair better for 6-C then just destroying an island. Effectively it's easier to dictate the size of known archipelagos then it is for islands.
This also makes it easier for eyeballing. The question would be, how would the AP values for this work?
The Canary Islands is considered pretty small so this is a good baseline.
I even went to test it out to see if it would be too high or too low for values, so:
Canary Island is 7,445.58 km^2.
Area = π × R²
7,445.58 km² = π × R²
R² = 7,445.58 / π
R² = 2,370.0 km²
R = √2,370.0
R = 48.68 km = 48,680 m
W = 48,680³ × ((27136 × 1.37895 + 8649)^(1/2) / 13568 - 93/13568)²
W = 9.271227198431667497e9 Tons of TNT/3.8790814598238093e19 Joules/9.2712271984316672047 Gigatons
So seeing as our baseline for tier 6 is 1 gigaton and a collection of islands (one of the smaller ones) reaches this, I think it makes more sense for tier 6-C to function for archipelago level.
What does this mean for current tier 6s?
Any that are based off destroying an island would be sent back down to 7-A as 7-A covers from metropolis to entire ranges, mayhaps there be a revision in the future to give 7-A a name to have a better all encompassing feel but for now this is about 6-C.
