 VS. Location: Some random grassland Scenario: The galaxy patrol (or some organization man idfk) is attempting to arrest Frieza, but his power is too much for them to bare. They then send out the big guns, a being known for causing happiness. SCP-999 on the scene, they are immediately set to get Frieza to be happy, enough to confess to his crimes. If he's in those cuffs, everything is smooth sailing from there, but that's only if it works. So, will it work? Or will this emperor of evil be strong enough to kill something which is such a cutie patootie.
