| “ | The truth is...that this is all my fault. I accidentally brought those dangerous people here. And if those people are watching, just know that I really did try to help you... I could've killed you... at any given moment, but I didn't. Because my Aunt May told me that everybody deserves a second chance, and that's why I'm here. | „ |
Peter Benjamin Parker is a former high school student who gained spider-like abilities, fighting crime across New York City as the superhero Spider-Man. While Parker juggled all his continued hero duties with the demands of his high-school life, he was approached by Tony Stark who recruited Spider-Man to join the Avengers Civil War, putting Spider-Man into the brief conflict with his personal hero, Captain America. Parker was given a new suit as well as new Stark technology in exchange for his help, allowing him to return back home to continue his own hero work.

(It is directly noted in "The End", there is a balance between good and evil where even when evil grows stronger, heroes will also grow stronger and even come back from the dead if need be to stop the new evils, keeping a balance between good and evil[1]. Thor has noted that a ones strength is relative to the need for it, if he has to he can stand on Jupiter, he can stand on anything if the need is great and the cause is just, as can anyone else, not being measured by strength nor raw power but rather measured by what they do[2]. It is noted by Stan Lee in response to the questions of "who would win in a fight?" is the person the writer decides to win[3], with the meta aspect of Marvel Comics being acknowledged[4])

It is shown in "HOW TO READ COMICS THE MARVEL WAY #4", Spider-Man notes how when he has to call upon all of the inner strength within himself[8]. Spider-Man noted how when he knew he couldn't let Aunt May down he reached deep inside of himself and do the impossible and do anything to save the ones he loves[9]. Thor just having a motivational speech from Peter Parker amplifies him to easily defeat M.Y.T.H.O.S.[10], when he couldn't beat him beforehand[11]. Conan noted that the human will can be greater than any physical strength, even sorcery[12]. When Morlun was about to kill Spider-Man, he remembered his friends and family and got a resolve boost to start overpowering him[13]. The Thing through his heart alone when he was about to turn back into Ben Grimm was able to beat The Hulk in one punch who he admitted was stronger than him[14]. Doom noted how The Thing should by all accounts be dead from Galactus' blast yet he was still standing as he refused to die[15]. When Spider-Man in the first Sam Raimi movies loved ones are endangered Peter becomes far more powerful being capable of completely stomping someone who was previously stomping him[16]. Raimi Spider-Man in Marvel Cinematic Universe was originally defeated by Green Goblin, and in their next fight when completely angered, easily beat him down and was going to kill him if Raimi Spider-Man didn't stop him)

Could tell what Falcon's wings were made out of from a glance)
Knowledge: Master level (With the help of Karen found a way out of the Damage Control Deep Storage Vault, which is the most secure facility on the Eastern Seaboard. Could fight and defeat both Falcon and Bucky, and briefly outskilled a casual Captain America early on in his career. Noted by Tony that he had real potential during the fight in Berlin and this was very early on in his career. Was able to fight and defeat Doctor Strange and was able to operate and move around in the mirror dimension which twists direction and space)
All previous powers and abilities to a far greater extent.
Standard Tactics: Peter's standard tactics is for using his webbing, relying on his spider-sense, and at times hand to hand combat, he will also use whichever's suits functions such as Karen, to help him out in a situation.

Will normally never use instant kill mode or the E.D.I.T.H glasses as they cause lethal harm. Initially was rejecting the spider half of him during the Spider mutations but eventually accepted himself as both Peter Parker and Spider-Man.
