Introduction
The feat is when Goku recovers and flies to Vegeta and Frieza in Namek.
Calculation
Distance
Goku was stated to be on the other side of Namek, so assuming an Earth size, the distance would be 12,450.5 miles, half of Earth's overall distance of 24,901 miles.
Time
Using the anime as a reference for a time frame, Goku took about 7 seconds. This makes sense as Vegeta was about to die, so needing to arrive there fast would be logical.
Speed
Plug it in= 20037.137472 km/ 7 s = 2862.4482102857142857 km/s, Mach 8,345.324473 (Massively Hypersonic)
