12.50 - 12.08 = 0.42

130 px/0.42 seconds = 309.5 pixels per second

He starts running at 21.71 and reaches his destination at 23.01

23.01 - 21.71 = 1.3s

527 / 1.3 = 405.38 pixels per second

405.38 / 309.5 = 1.3.

So Crash is 1.3 times faster than the bullet.

Hunting rifles from the 30s could reach 3,845 FPS, or 1,171.956 m/s. I know nothing about guns, so if anyone has a better suggestion, feel free to post it.

1,171.956 * 1.3 = 1,523.54

1523.54 / 340.29 = Mach 4.47 Supersonic+
