Introduction

When Gotenks first obtains his power, he tests it out by flying around the world and does it according to himself a "few dozen times" with Piccolo noting he only has a minute left before his fusion runs out.

Initially the anime time was used however, there's too many visual inconsistencies with it that this just looks like pure cinematic timing rather then literal in-universe timing, especially since the manga itself notes he's been flying around the earth for a bit.

The Calculation

So since Gotenks said "a few dozen times", this would imply at least 3 dozen times, but he could also just be exaggerating since both the manga and anime shows he flew around it far less. The manga panel shows he was completing his 9th circle and the anime also has 9 circles, so this will be the low end assuming he's exaggerating.

Assuming he isn't will assume the 36 end.

The circumference of the Earth is 40,070 km.

(40070 km)*9 = 360630 km (40070 km)*36 = 1442520 km

Now the next part is that Piccolo specifically notes he has less then one minute left with his fusion, a fusion time limit is typically 30 minutes, meaning he spent 29 minutes doing this, while one could argue he also mentioned taking a nap during this, neither the anime nor manga actually show this so this is more then likely just a brag.

So 29 minutes in seconds is 1740 seconds.
