Dark Matter Crossing Galaxies
This is going to be simple cause we have an official thing for the distance between galaxies: https://aip.scitation.org/doi/full/10.1063/9780735421141_001#:~:text=The%20average%20distance%20between%20galaxies,is%20approximately%203.26%20light%2Dyears. "The average distance between galaxies is about one million light years."
They go past 3 galaxies so about two million light years.
Using watch frame by frame crossing these 3 galaxies took 78 milliseconds: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/701608838339493983/885562111051333692/unknown.png https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/701608838339493983/885562230815481886/unknown.png
(1.8921461e+19km)/(0.078s) = 2.4258283333333001685616636678e20 km/s or 809,169,233,114,363.375x Speed of Light
Now let's try calculating Ribbon traveling past all of those galaxies Entire traveling feat here.
I counted 6 galaxies so the distance is about five million light years.
Again using watch frame by frame it took 3 seconds and 55 milliseconds.
(4.7303652e+19km)/(3.055s) = 1.5484010474631999532135750997e19 km/s or 51,649,099,440,093.3125x Speed of Light
Kirby flies past a bunch of galaxies in Marx's Dimension
I counted about 53 galaxies, if anyone wants to try and re-count for themselves go ahead. This means the distance is about fifty-two million light years.
Again using watch frame by frame it took 4 seconds and 20 milliseconds
(4.91957985e+20km)/(4.022s) = 1.2231675410244000623549709417e20 km/s or 408,004,774,097,552.5x Speed of Light
What lies ahead Nova, is the edge of creation
Nova travels from the end of the Milk Way Galaxy to Popstar.
We know Nova is in the Milky Way Galaxy because the mini game is literally called "Milky Way Wishes", we know PopStar isn't in the Milky Way Galaxy because it's at the edge/end of the universe.
The end of the universe is 46.5 billion lightyears from Earth: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Observable_universe
This is the edge of the galaxy making it even farther but we'll use Earth as lowball.
So Nova takes off at 0:31 and gets to Popstar at 1:11. So 40 seconds.
(4.39923966975e+23km)/(40s) = 10,998,099,174,375,000,000,000 km/s or 36,685,709,999,999,392x Speed of Light
Kirby copies what Nova did without inhale
Kirby gets this super fast vehicle and travels back to Popstar in a far shorter time then Nova.
Using watch frame by frame Kirby starts at 1:06 and gets there at 1:11.
(4.39923966975e+23km)/(5s) = 87,984,793,395,000,000,000,000 km/s or 293,485,679,999,995,136x Speed of Light
Meta Knight flies to Pop Star
Meta Knight flies back to Popstar from Galaxy's End.
We don't directly see his start up and as funny as it would to assume he watched Galacta Knight explode and then go about his business we're going to assume he started when Galacta Knight exploded.
Galacta Knight explodes at 10:57, Meta Knight is back in Pop Star's space at 11:05, so 8 seconds.
(4.39923966975e+23km)/(8s) = 54,990,495,871,875,000,000,000 km/s or 183,428,549,999,997,024x Speed of Light
Possessed Daroach flies straight into another galaxy
Possessed Daroach instantly flies to another galaxy.
The screen straight up flashes white and he's gone. Gonna assume the flash is the time it took him to move into the galaxy.
Using watch frame by frame it took about 36 milliseconds https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/701608838339493983/885609612357795950/unknown.png https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/701608838339493983/885610417555140668/unknown.png
As shown above the distance between two galaxies is one million light years.
(9.46073e+18km)/(0.036s) = 262,798,055,555,555,555,555.5555555555555556 km/s or 876,599,956,212,225.875x Speed of Light
Kirby Warp Stars to another galaxy
Using watch frame by frame it took about 11 milliseconds https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/701608838339493983/885612762477252638/unknown.png https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/701608838339493983/885612870593826846/unknown.png
(9.46073e+18km)/(0.011s) = 860,066,363,636,363,636,363.6363636363636364 km/s or 2,868,872,583,967,285x Speed of Light
King Dedede steals the stars out of the sky
King Dedede steals the stars for... some reason.
This is what the text says: "A small country on a small planet, this is the peaceful "Dream Land" Today, Kirby is living his leisurely, carefree life Then, that night... "I wonder if I'll have another wonderful dream tonight, gazing up at the stars" "Huh?" Something seemed odd. Usually there were many stars twinkling brightly in the sky But tonight, only one of the stars had appeared From then on, those lonely evenings continued for many days Kirby, worried about the missing stars, stares at the night sky once again "What?!" Just then... "Nyehehehe! There was one left!" He caught King Dedede stealing the only remaining star To restore the beautiful stars to Dream Land's night sky... ...Kirby takes off after King Dedede. Your goal is to get to the King's floating castle. Good luck, Kirby!"
So Dedede stole all the stars in the sky before it hit night time. Which means I'm going to assume 6 hours.
During this scene Kirby also looks with a telescope for a star, showing that Dedede even stole the stars that can be seen with a telescope.
The farthest individual star that can be seen with a telescope is Icarus: https://www.business-standard.com/article/current-affairs/nasa-s-hubble-telescope-captures-image-of-icarus-farthest-star-ever-seen-118040300278_1.html#:~:text=Nasa's%20Hubble%20Space%20Telescope%20has,billion%20years%20to%20reach%20Earth.
Which is recorded to be 9 billion light years away: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MACS_J1149_Lensed_Star_1
(8.5146574253e+22km)/(6h) = 14,191,095,708,833,333,333,333.3333333333333333 km/h or 13,148,999,999,965.964844x Speed of Light
Kirby outruns Magolor's Soul sucking in the universe
Feat here. Basically Magolor has a black hole that turns the the entire universe extremely fucking fast and sucks it up and Kirby outruns it.
So 21 milliseconds.
The observable universe is 93 billion lightyears or 8.7984793395e+23 km.
(8.7984793395e+23 km)/(0.021s) = 41,897,520,664,285,714,285,714,285.7142857142857143 km/s or 1.39755085714283414e+20x Speed of Light. That's 139 quintillion btw.
