What the title says
(((3.5/.28)^3)/2)*4184 = 4,085,937.5 joules or 0.0009765625 tons of tnt. So wall level.
The 3.5 comes from the typical furthest point of the explosion being 3 blocks (the .5 is accounting for half the block of middle to get the full radius) The range can be slightly added up to 4.5, but 3.5 is most consistent for the explosive range.
Edit: It was Buttery that did it himself, Sixo didn't help.
