The following contains two calculations regarding Mother Brain dropping a timer bomb to destroy an area/planet and seeing the results they get!
Zero Mission Explosion
The Calculation
All the basic information has been covered above.
Using that information, the explosion yield is 4420000 megatons . The blast is only 50% of the energy, so 4420000(0.5) = 2210000 megatons.
This equates to 2.21 teratons, Low 6-B
Different Gravity
The gravity is 960x Earth's.
The planet's mass is 4.8 trillion teratons, or 4.8e27 (4.8 octillion) kg.

The Destruction of Zebes
Zebes causes a massive explosion from Mother Brain's timer bomb.
Diameter of the explosion is 834 px
(The values came from an old cdn discordapp link, this was back when they used to work, they don't now so I'll be updating this calculation in the future with that in mind)
Assuming Zebes is Earth size, the diameter of Earth is 12,742 km

Inputting these numbers for GBE, Zebes was found to be 1.774 * 10^38 Joules.
We found this from using Metroid Prime’s statement of Zebes having 4.8 trillion teratons or 4.8*10^27 kg.
It has an equatorial radius 5201.156 km.
E = 4*(1.774e38)*(50603942.857142850755/5201156)^2 = 6.717111545172015388e40 Joules Low Mass Star level
