We're at it again with another Battle Angel Alita calculation. This is exploso'-numba' dos, and on a much smaller scale. Enough talk, let's get mathin'.

So our reference point is going to be the dude who survived that wicked explosion. I was told our fine gentleman was, well, a man.

We'll use the average height of a Japanese male which is 170.8 centimeters (or 1.708 meters for ease of scaling). This makes the radius of that explosion 3.28362337765 meters.
With that in mind, and knowing this was certainly a ground explosion, we have all our numbers for our final equation.
Final Equation
3.28362337765^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2 = 0.00284541444 tons of TNT, a decent way into Room level.
