In Gundam Wing, the forces of the Romefeller Foundation confiscate Wing Gundam Zero in the vacuum of space and plant a ton of bombs on it, trying to destroy it once and for all. The bomb then detonates, resulting in a huge explosion.

The explosion is clearly visible in the show, even having a full frame to show its size in its entirety, which makes it really easy to gauge its size.

The Mobile Suits seen around the explosion as OZ-12SMS Taurus units, which have a confirmed size of 16.8 meters tall. And there’s even one standing right next to the explosion, so determining its size will be easy.

The diameter of the explosion is 140 meters, meaning the radius is 70 meters. Now that this is determined, I will be using Y = ((x/0.28)^3)/1000 to determine the yield of the explosion in megatons.

According to the formula, Y in megatons of TNT and x the radius in km. So I will supplement what x is and thus determine Y. The radius is currently in meters, so convert that to kilometers and I get 0.07 km.

Y = ((0.07/0.28)^3)/1000

Y = 0.000015625

That means the explosion comes out to 0.000015625 Megatons, or 15.625 Tons: City Block level (8-B)

This explosion was directly noted to have been caused by enough explosives to destroy three Leo mobile suits. The OZ-06MS Leo mobile suits are the standard grunt suits, which the main characters are usually seen cutting through.

Standard Gundam mobile suits are able to casually destroy three Leo suits themselves, which makes the scaling very easy. Since the Gundam units produce the same amount of firepower as the explosion above, they should scale to it.

There are a few exceptions to this, notably Wing Gundam Zero and Gundam Epyon, which are stated to be far superior to the usual Gundam suit. Heck, we see Wing Gundam Zero directly tank the explosion in the very same scene. So they would scale to their own feats, which will be shown on their respective pages.
