Here I'll just be compiling feats and calcs for the New Timeline of Soulcalibur, features so far only in Soulcalibur VI. The reason this will not be containing the other Soulcalibur games is simply because they exist within an entirely separate timeline, and so they have their own feats and scaling chains and whatnot.

Xianghua/Kilik VS Nightmare

This is the feat that is usually cited for why mid-tiers in Soulcalibur VI get where they get, but it's not exactly well documented, so I'll do my best.

In the game, Azwel has the Ultimate Seed, which he stated could destroy a country or two. This is extremely vague for a statement and hard to define, so I will use a fairly low estimate to be safe; the low-end of Country level, which is 7 Teratons.

Thus, the Ultimate Seed and Azwel at this current point in time would be at 7 Teratons, 6-B. Through some pretty simple scaling, we can put Nightmare and Inferno here as well. So the top-tiers (Nightmare, Inferno, Azwel) are: Country level (6-B)

Now to find the mid-tiers, however. It is kinda hard to find how people scale to Nightmare, but we do have one instance to base things on. At the end of Soulcalibur 6, Kilik's and Xianghua's power are both required in order to destroy Nightmare/Inferno. We see Kilik use a large portion of his power, and then require Xianghua to do the same and finish him off, so we can assume that they put around equal effort into his defeat.

Note that this is a rough estimate, obviously they didn't put exactly equal amounts of power into destroying Nightmare. But keep in mind that I'm already using a very low-end for Nightmare, so we have a bit of wiggle room.

Regardless, assuming Kilik and Xianghua put in equal amounts of power to destroy Nightmare, we can thus conclude that the two of them are equal to around half of Nightmare/Inferno's power. Half of 7 Teratons is 3.5 Teratons, which fits comfortably in Small Country level, smack-dab in the middle.

Through this simple scaling, we can conclude that the average Soulcalibur 6 character, including Kilik and Xianghua, would be: Small Country level (Low 6-B)

People who scale are simple, since it's basically the entire cast aside from a few. Kilik, Xianghua, Ivy, Taki, Mitsurugi, Geralt, Hwang, Maxi, Astaroth, Hilde, Tira, Azwel, Yoshimitsu, Voldo, Talim, Seong Mi-na, Raphael, Amy, 2B, Haohmaru, and Cassandra. Quite the exhaustive list, but it is pretty much the entire cast.
