Background
Vibration Manipulation is the ability to create, manipulate, or otherwise use vibrations of any intensity in combat. This ability often serves as an offensive technique, destabilizing the ground beneath targets, generating destructive shockwaves, or amplifying sound. Characters with this power can produce controlled vibrations rather than those created by brute force alone.
Example Types
- Seismic Vibration Manipulation: The ability to generate vibrations powerful enough to cause earthquakes or destabilize terrain.
- Examples: Users capable of creating fissures or destroying large structures through vibrations.
- Resonance Manipulation: The ability to match and amplify the frequency of objects, causing them to shatter or break apart.
- Examples: Vibrating at the frequency of glass to make it shatter or disrupt enemy weapons by resonating with their structural weaknesses.
- Shockwave Generation: The ability to create large-scale shockwaves by focusing and releasing vibrations outward. These shockwaves can destroy surroundings, repel enemies, or cause widespread damage.
