Background
Resistance is the state where one reduces the effectiveness of certain techniques and abilities by any means, such as the considerable reduction in the power of time manipulation or its total suppression.
Limitations
Whatever the capacity, resistance to this ability can be demonstrated in varying degrees of efficiency, ranging from mild and generally inconsequential to extremely high, which could completely nullify these capabilities. However, as with everything else, resistance must be judged on the basis of prowess. Along with this, abilities such as Resistance Manipulation can cancel out one's resistance.
