So from this we understand the SOUL itself is the very culmination of one's being and that it's a representation of one's deepest essence.


Now what is one's culmination?


According to [https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/culminate Meriam Webster] culmination is described as reaching the highest point. The highest point of one's being would be their purest form.


However, let's go into the essence portion now. What we can do first is discover what essence means, essence is the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something, especially something abstract, that determines its character. It's commonly used to the soul, however we can rule that out because the sentence wouldn't make any sense. "It's a representation of your deepest soul". See? It doesn't sound right fit in.
Finally, to those who have the belief that a soul can't also be essence manipulation, asides from there [[Okeya Fuuta (Composite)|being characters that are 10-A physically with 1-B conceptual souls]], UT never says soul in lowercase from what I can remember, they always say SOUL. All words that are in all caps in UT are acronyms at that (I.E.- EXP, LOVE, KR, etc.) so that can apply here.

Undertale SOULS are conceptual pieces of a beings body and everyone can harm them, giving them [[Essence Manipulation]] due to that. Thanks for reading.

Introduction

What is the SOUL?

The first explanation we're given of the SOUL is from Flowey in which he states that it's the very culmination of your being.

This same dialogue is also mentioned by Ralsei in Deltarune.

So-Sorry describes a picture of your SOUL as a "representation of your deepest essence".
