Summary
Portal Creation is the ability to generate and travel through rifts of space-time to quickly travel between two places.
This ability is firstly travel-oriented, allowing users to close distances easily or catch an opponent off guard, but more creative and powerful users can redirect their attacks to strike a target they missed or to hit them multiple times, Attack Reflection, or forcibly displace an opponent to provide an advantage or BFR.
