Summary
With Weather Manipulation, the user can detect, create, shape and manipulate weather conditions, i.e: weather conditions, by modifying rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog and temperature.
Limitations
- Usually limited to available weather conditions.
- Can take time for big changes of time.
- Usually, do not control storms perfectly.
- Weather controls may be limited.
