Cirno is the ice fairy from the lake and she has come from Gensokyo to the Luna Nights to battle against Sakuya Izayoi for a reward from Remilia Scarlet. She usually isn't taken very seriously stength wise as Sakuya didn't see her as a threat initially until realizing Cirno was amplified after talking to Remilia.
