Background

Water Manipulation is the ability to manipulate water. Lower-tier users if the ability can create, shape and manipulate water, whereas higher-tier users can control inorganic compounds with liquid, gaseous and solid states, in particular modifying them, giving them free rein over all with the H2O element. Due to the wide array of variations of this ability in fiction, some characters may only possess a certain level of control over the entire water element.

Applications

  • H20 Compound Control: This application is a more advanced version of the prior Aquatic Control, allowing users to manipulate mass with the H20 element present inside it (I.e blood, plants, chemicals, etc.), giving them a much broader control over life.
  • States of Matter Manipulation: This particular application allows one to control the state of water itself (I.e forming the water into a solid state like ice, or heating it up to a gaseous state). Users with this applications can better control water down to the molecular level.
  • H20 Creation: Unlike the variations previously listed, where they have to actively draw from an outside source, this particular application grants the user the ability to simply create their own source of water to freely control. Higher users can even create their own unique element of water that only they can control.

Limitations

  • Some users may be unable to pull water from all of the environment, thus limiting their full range of their water supply in battle.
  • Controlling and manipulating great bodies of water may be exhausting to the user and may furthermore be limited by their lifting strength/telekinetic control over water.
  • Some users may rely on a particular state of water, thus reducing it to a different state may cause them to die.
