Background
Portal Creation consists of the ability to generate and traverse spatio-temporal rifts or offsets to move quickly between two locations.
This ability is primarily travel-oriented, allowing users to easily close distances or catch an unprepared adversary, but more creative or powerful users can redirect their attacks to hit a missed target or hit several times, make used of their for attack reflection, or forcibly move an opponent to provide an advantage or BFR.
