Introduction
Accelerated Sleep is the ability to sleep at times less then a human needs to sleep, and still fully recover their energy. One can do this either through suppressing one's physical need for sleep for long periods of time or their natural physiology requires less sleep then a human does.
Applications
- Healing/Regeneration: A user can fully heal/regenerate from their injuries at a shorter rate then a regular human needs to.
- Restoration: A user can fully restore their stamina, or other abilities through the short sleep rate.
Users
- Jaco (Jaco the Patrol Man): Jaco only needs 30 minutes of sleep for a full rest.
- Majin Buu (Dragon Ball): Majin Buu can sleep for just 5 seconds and get a full nights rest.
