Background
Multilingualism is the ability to speak multiple or all languages. This can be accomplished in numerous ways. Some examples are being so intelligent the user can translate many or any language, possibly even possessing Omniscience, or simply by knowing many or all languages by heart. It should be noted that while the ability it many or all languages, being able to speak one language one should normally not be able to speak (like being able to talk to animals) would validate having this ability even if one doesn't explicitly meet many languages.
