Background

Omnilingualism is the ability to speak all languages. This can be accomplished in numerous ways. Some examples are being so intelligent the user can translate any language, possessing Omniscience, or simply by knowing all languages by heart. It should be noted that while the ability it all languages, being able to speak languages one should normally not be able to speak (like being able to talk to animals) would validate having this ability even if one doesn't explicitly meet all languages.
