Summary
Vaan is the main protagonist of both Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, along with featuring as a character in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2: Grimoire of the Rift.
He is an orphan thief staying in Rabanstre, Dalmasca and is a strong opponent to the Archadian Empire. This is due to them causing the death of his older brother, Reks. His dream was to become a powerful and efficient sky-pirate and to own an airship, and when an attempt to steal from the Royal Pallace for a jackpot goes wrong, he becomes an important figure in the fate of his Kingdom.
