Summary
Vaan is the main protagonist of both Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, along with featuring as a character in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2: Grimoire of the Rift.
He is an orphan thief staying in Rabanstre, Dalmasca and is a strong opponent to the Archadian Empire because of their causing the death of his older brother, Reks. His dream was to become a well known and respect sky-pirate and to own an airship. When his attempt to hit it big, an attempt to steal from the Royal Palace, goes wrong, he becomes an important figure in the fate of his Kingdom and world.
