"When we started the process of choosing the dreams for NiGHTS we wanted to put various realities into the NiGHTS worlds. In the beginning you can't approach the base of the rainbow bride. That's NiGHTS' world. When the bridge is formed NiGHTS can move freely from one place to another. When that happened we wanted the children to think "Wow! NiGHTS is here!" "He can fly!". In the beginning that's what we wanted to create. We're creating games for children from every country. Not every child from every country has seen a rainbow. There are those who have never seen a rainbow. In a rainbow reality does not exist. Instead there's something more fantastic and somewhat familiar and yet it's a world we don't really understand. However, there is some kind of reality. Even though nobody understands anyone else's dreams to oneself ones dreams have an amazing reality. In the morning when you wake up you have a faint idea but, you're not quite sure. In other words a dream is an incredibly interesting place. for this various staff started to research into dreams, dream interpretation and depth psychology etcetera and studied other various things as well. Really if you look deep into the world of dreams it is truly interesting. And its because we kept investigating more and more that the range and depth of the dream worlds is as wide as it is. However, the user doesn't have to be especially aware of this. The players themselves without realising can experience this dream like sensation flowing through the background of the game. By incorporating ideas from depth psychology whichever design method we used, the dream worlds were created to be over-flowing with reality."

A: "No. This would be game universe NiGHTS. Hypothetically speaking, of course ;)"
> Archie NiGHTS is not canonical to the game incarnation at all according to Flynn, even hypothetically being the same as in the Archie storyline crossover, so the Storybook detailing the prologue where a dreamer goes into his world and forgets about it when he wakes up like Owl said is about the only other official media that can be supplemented and can fit in the storyline laid out by the games.

So Illumina shows up in each of the 4 main chars dreams, which are shown to be separate during each cutscene and identical/parallel in the setting of each person's separate dream being within a golden sky place when they chat with Illumina and also this is supported by Tails' and Amy's dialogue that an individual's literal dream that they have while in a non aware / awake state is separate from others, which we know that beings in Sonic's verse would have the cognitive ability to dream up a universe and therefore allocates that space-time / construct per each person's dream due to parallelism.

It is potentially possible that multiple people can make a single dream world spawn via shared aspirations that are made real via the Precioustone, however, there needs to be a universe spawned for each person / being by the Precioustone still for every individual's sleeping dreams / daydreams even without regard for wishes and such as shown when the main quartet meet up with Illumina within Maginaryworld in their individual dreams that they had that were made as real, separate places.

With a new universe being allocated and made real by the Precioustone for each being that dreams in Sonic's multiverse, we can obtain a general figure here; even regarding that there are at least two Earth's in Sonic's universe, counting Silver's timeline, we get an estimate based on our irl human population into the billions of universes. This gives the god tiers of the verse via Solaris, the dude who was going to destroy all timelines, Super Forms / other dudes on par with Sonic's super form, etc. a 2-B rating.
