Background

With Weather Manipulation, the user can detect, create, shape and manipulate weather conditions, i.e: weather conditions, by modifying rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog and temperature .

• Can take time for big changes of time.
• Usually, do not control storms perfectly.
