Background

Mind Manipulation is the power to mentally control and manipulate others. With it, the user can control the minds of others with targets completely subject to their mental control, or even erase the mind itself.

Mind Manipulation potency should be judged on how many beings its user can affect at once whilst using the ability, the size of a structure it was capable of mentally manipulating those within, the dimensionality of a mind, or the substance of a mind itself being present.
