While playing Assassination Cops and Robbers, Karasuma was able to track his students and used his free running technique to close the distance between them faster than they could react.

These students are so fast that they can react to and avoid a point blank swing from a baseball star who's stated to be on the level of professionals. Which means they should have athlete level reaction speed.

So taking the reaction speed for athlete level, 100 milliseconds of a second, that must be the timeframe Karasuma was travelling under.

Karasuma stated that these students were 80 meters away from him, so I'll be using this as the distance he traveled.
