Battlefield Removal, abbreviated as BFR, refers to the ability to forcibly remove a target from a combat environment by transporting them to a separate location. This ability is a strategic power often used to incapacitate an opponent by isolating them from the fight entirely, rendering them unable to participate further.
Unlike direct offensive abilities that cause damage, Battlefield Removal works by creating a significant disadvantage for the opponent by removing them from the battlefield for a prolonged period, effectively leading to their defeat without physical harm. This power contrasts with Escape Prevention, which focuses on keeping individuals trapped within the battlefield or area of conflict.

The user can forcibly teleport opponents to another location, effectively displacing them from the battlefield. This is one of the most straightforward forms of Battlefield Removal and is often used in conjunction with spatial manipulation or dimensional travel. Targets may be sent to remote physical areas, hostile environments, or inescapable zones.
Examples: A character teleports their enemy to an uninhabited desert planet, far from the current battlefield.

The user relies on other abilities or powers to remove opponents indirectly from the battlefield. These abilities could include Time Manipulation to send targets to another era or Gravity Manipulation to throw them into space.
Examples: Spatial-Based: Using space-warping powers to push a foe into a distant galaxy. Temporal-Based: Displacing someone thousands of years into the future or past, removing them from the present conflict.
This type involves banishing the target to an entirely different dimension or reality. Such dimensions could include prisons, alternate worlds, or hostile planes of existence. Targets are often unable to return without specialized means or external help. Advanced users may even reduce the target’s dimensional state, making them non-existent within the current reality.
Examples: A sorcerer banishes their enemy to a chaotic pocket dimension filled with hostile creatures, preventing their escape.
At a more advanced level, the user can shift opponents into higher or lower planes of reality. Lower planes might be void-like, inaccessible zones, while higher planes could be realms of abstraction, inaccessible without specific abilities.
Examples: A divine being removes their enemy to a spiritual plane where only ascended beings can operate.
Users: Lavos (Chrono Trigger)
