Introduction

Broly is a powerful Saiyan that is the son of Paragus. He has completely differnet origins depending on the era of Dragon Ball. During the Z era, he was a sadistic evil monster that went around destroying the South Galaxy and tormenting many. During the Super Era, he was rewritten by Toriyama to be less villainous and instead an ally to Son Goku and Vegeta after their fight.
